Tiffany from the Pokemon Ranger games. I actually.. really liked Pokemon Ranger uvu; And I really liked Tiffany and her brothers, I dunno, they were cool, I really liked their designs as a whole, but standing on their own Tiffany was flawless, dissapointed that she's not really popular, tho :c
